The Excelle® card and the ProDyn® system are both technologies which are of particular interest for highly flexible nonwoven lines, with the ability to produce small batches without less cleaning requirements and generating significant raw material savings. This is of particular interest to the technical textiles sector since very expensive fibres are usually processed.
The ProDyn® system provides a perfect fabric uniformity in both, MD and CD directions.
So far, 70 ProDyn® lines are running in 21 countries.
