According to the latest data from China Customs, in the first six months of 2012, the total import and export reached 1839.94 billion USD, rising 8% from the same period last year. Of which, the export were 954.38 billion USD, rising 9.2%; import 885.46 billion USD, rising 6.7%.

The total export of textile and garment reached 113.523 bilion USD in fist half, rising 1.6% from a year ago. Of which, textile export were 46.476 billion USD, rising 1.3%; garment export 67.046 billion USD, rising 1.9%.
